A new passion is discovered.

Congratulations to Kathrine from Louisiana for stepping up and going for her PADI Open Water certification here on the Andros Barrier Reef, Bahamas. In just three days she managed to complete the full Open Water course and got to explore the incredible reefs and our local shipwreck. Well done to Kathrine and we wish you many incredible dive adventures to come.

The Majestic Humpbacks are here again!

It is amazing to be back here in the incredible Turks and Caicos again. Pristine turquiose waters, amazing reefs and in Jan - April brings the arrival of the dramatic Humpback Whales. These animals frequent the shallows for mating and calving in the warm shallows and banks of the TCI and the adjacent Silver Bank of the Dominican republic. Swimming with these animals is truly a once in a lifetime experience.

Exploring the depths of the Andros Barrier Reef

What an Incredible week we had exploring the deeper ridge of the Andros Barrier Reef, one of the largest in the Northern Hemisphere. Thanks go out to John Fisher for his great sense of dive adventure completing 14 dives together with many dropping in to the deep unknown on the edge of the Tongue of the Ocean. Together we stumbled on an incredible ridge rising up from 42 to 28m and absolutely loaded with big fish, pristine corals and everything in between. This site has aptly been named Nassau Fisher after John, pictured here with his very unique and loud, I am OK sign. We wish you many more dive adventures and welcome you back any time!

Getting hooked on Scuba!

Congratulations to Juliane and Riza from Frankfurt, Germany for taking the first step with me here in the Bahamas. They had a fantastic time during the PADI Discover Scuba program and have found a new passion for underwater adventure. We wish you well in your future of scuba diving and it was a lot of fun teaching you guys! Maybe we meet again for the October Fest!!!

From Georgian Bay to the Bahamas!!!

What a great time we had diving the barrier reef of Andros Island, here in sunny Bahamas with these two great Canadians, Derek and Sarah. It was great to dive with Derek, a previous student of mine on Georgian Bay and get him on to some Advanced dives while introducing Sarah to the Sport. We look forward to having you guys over in the summer to complete these certifications with Georgian Bay Divers. And, thanks for bringing the Guinness!!!!!!
